Shipping Costs

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24 hours.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • Report damaged packages to info@elitegaming.co within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage.
  • For lost packages, contact the carrier to file a claim. We’ll assist where possible but are not responsible for carrier issues.
